Visit our Contact Us page. Here, you’ll find helpful numbers to book an appointment at either our Mangere or Onehunga clinics, as well as the number for our emergency, after hours, vet service – should you need it!
How can I get professional advice about my pet without coming into the clinic?
Thanks to the advance of the digital age, we can now offer a ‘Free Vet Consultation,’ that provides our customers with an initial consult without a visit to a clinic! To obtain a free, personalised, advice for your pet, simply visit the Free Vet Consultation page on our website fill in the form with specific details information, and we’ll come back to you with our analysis, either by email or with a phone call.
How many clinics do you operate?
We operate two clinics; Mangere Veterinary Clinic and Onehunga Vet and Pet Supplies. Integrity Animal Care also offers grooming and cattery services, as well as a variety of quality pet products supplied at both clinics, and online shopping via our company website.
Do you provide after-hours emergency vet services?
Call us on 027 496 2483 for help on after hours emergency vet services. As we are open 7 days a week, the majority of pet emergencies often fall within our standard open hours. However, when it comes to the health of your animal it’s always best to take immediate action. In the case of an animal emergency please call 027 496 2483 to be put in touch with the relevant after hours vet.

How will I know whether this is the right product or treatment for my pet?
We provide pet product and treatment advice in a range of ways to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get the right information. Visit the Contact Us page to speak with one of our animal care professionals over the phone, or to send us an email with your query. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the Free Vet Consultation which prompts you to provide more specific information about your pet allowing our vets to better assess its needs, or visit us on Facebook to post or message a product query, which will be answered by an animal care professional.
Can I trust these products for use with my animals?
Yes, in addition to the supplier testing and guarantee, the products we stock are endorsed by our vets. In many cases we have also personally trialled and tested the products in our clinics. If you have any concerns, or would like to discuss which treatment is right for your pet, please Contact Us to chat with a team member.
When will my goods arrive?
Once you have completed your online purchase your goods will be despatched to the courier within 24 hours. After the package has been received by the courier you can usually expect 2-3 working days for it to arrive at your door. For further information, or queries please visit the Delivery page on our website.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
When it comes to animal products in most cases re-selling previously sold goods is not possible. Subsequently, we do ask you to fully consider whether you are confident about your purchase prior to completing payment. Should your goods be faulty or damaged, please contact us within seven days and we will get in touch with the relevant supplier to resupply your item. Some product types do enable us to offer an exchange service where the goods are still in perfect condition. Visit the Returns page for more information on our returns policy. In the store we only have a refund policy where we are unable to replace the product.
